Double drive bobbin

This bobbin is designed for double drive spinning-wheels, i.e. for the double drive Ashford Traditional and Traveller and for the Elizabeth.

The length of standard and Jumbo bobbins is 115 mm.

The diameter of this bobbin is 70 mm and its capacity is 100 g.

You can use these bobbins for the Ashford Traditional and Traveller double-drive spinning wheel and Elizabeth, only if using a sliding hook flyer double drive SHFDD.

Diameter 90 mm, capacity 130 g.

This high-speed bobbin is designed for Traditional and Traveller double-drive and Elizabeth spinning wheels. It differs from DDB by a smaller diameter of the brake groove, which when using Irish tensioning (brake groove used as a drive) it gives faster speeds and thus gets enough twist into thin yarns without increased effort. In Scottish tension, it behaves the same as a DDB.

It is designed for single drive Traditional and Traveller spinning wheels.

Diameter 75 mm, capacity 100 g.

Sliding hook flyer bobbin for single drive

For single-drive Traditional and Traveller spinning wheels, JOY2, KIWI2, KIWI3, only if using a sliding hook flyer SHFJFK or SHFJOY.

Jumbo double drive bobbin

For Traditional and Traveller double-drive spinning wheels and for Elizabeth2, if using jumbo flyer SHFJDD.

Diameter 110 mm, capacity 225 g.

Jumbo single drive bobbin

For Traditional and Traveller spinners with single drive if using single drive jumbo flyer BJFU or SHFJ, JOY2 equipped with SHFJFK (Joy Freedom Flyer) and electric spinning wheel ESP3.

Kiwi Super flyer bobbin

Bobbin with a huge capacity, usable exclusively on a Kiwi spinning wheel equipped with a KSF (Kiwi Super Flyer - longer than other reels).

CS2 a ESPSJ bobbin

Huge bobbin with a length of 290 mm, with a diameter of 195 mm and a capacity of 1.4 kg for the Country CS2 spinning-wheel and Electric Super Jumbo spinning-wheel ESPSJ.
